For My Heart: 802k in 329 days

Zangetsu-face-1 copy

Cast off your fear. Look forward! Go forward! Never stand still. Retreat and you will age. Hesitate and you will die. – Zangetsu

There are a lot of quotes out there. With sunsets in the background and Helvetica type, it’s easy to like, double tap, or retweet and forget about the meaning behind a sentence that has the potential to change your life. For me, words are too powerful to be forgotten.

So, I’m applying Zangetsu’s wisdom to For My Heart: 802k in 329 days. (April 30, 2014). Beyond physical fitness, it’s about personal growth. It began today, and it already feels right.

Along the way, I’m celebrating victories big and small, and will chronicle them, along with other daily musings.

I also want to hear from you: what are your goals? How do you lay them out? What do you do once you reach them?
